Shipping & Returns

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed that includes your order number. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.

Our order processing time is 1-2 business days. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Delivery is made through our logistics partners from Monday to Friday.

Shipping times can vary depending on the carrier as well as the final destination but typically international postal shipping takes between 7-15 business days.

Shipping to CANADA  and U.S is free on orders over $50.

Our products do not include duty fee or tax in the prices. It’s important to be aware that tax and duty may be charged on top of the purchase price at the point of delivery.

International - You may be subject to additional taxes/duties charges depending on laws in your country. Please check with your local authorities if you have any concerns about this. Risk of loss and/or title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass on to you once we have delivered to the carrier.

RETURNS

You can return your collection piece within 14 days for a full refund, you are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs unless SteelLoveJewels.com has sent the incorrect or a damaged item.

To return an item please follow the directions below:

Email steellovejewels@gmail.com specifying either an exchange, credit or refund. We will respond within 24 hours with an outcome.
